RainRoom by rAndom International
RainRoom offers an environment of perpetual rainfall that responds to the presence of its visitors. As soon as you approach the installation, a cocoon of dryness is created around you. This leaves you able to wander freely through different areas of the space, surrounded by falling water, and yet to remain completely dry. RainRoom allows the freedom to experience this unique environment; to be untouched by the rain falling all around you.

Probably the only thing that would make me want to go to Paris.
I’d be the guy that would try to fall off into the water

Submerged tree in the Green Lake. The Green Lake or Grüner See is a lake in Austria that dries out almost completely during fall, is used as a county park in the winter and is famous for the underwater park which forms during the spring due to the snow meltdown.
So cool

Coptic Stitch Bookbinding!
The top two photos are ones of my own, displaying my watercolour sketch book I made several months ago using the tutorial I’m linking to you guys, with a few modifications. I made my holes a little more spaced out, but if you were to do the same, I’d make sure the side ones were close enough to the edge. My corners sometimes bow out because there’s not enough support on them. Also, I added a latch thing to keep it together, similar to the type you’d see on some envelopes.
I used SeaLemonDIY’s, “Bookbinding Tutorial: How to Coptic Stitch”.
While you’re watching the video, go check out her other tutorials. They give you insight to other methods of bookbinding, creative things you can add and change to your technique, alternate tools, and other really cool how-tos. Not to mention, the videos are very easy to follow and well edited.
Good luck with your bookmaking! Thank you!
